that Senior Members would be more involved in posting on this website. It makes a lot of difference if core members who have a closer perspective of the truth could respond to some questions on these threads. No response, in my opinion only helps in making the website dead and promotes unproductive arguments and squabbles here.
It is "good" that they are not talking. That means they are working harder and something good is expected to happen.
If there is more talk then outcome is less. This is my experience from past one plus year from IV and other immigration forums. When everyone get "too much" excited and keep posting madly about some "immature deal", at the end of the day nothing "concrete" is achived.
Let IV do their work. I am hopeful something "good" will happen in near future.

Thanks for posting. Based on your posts, it seems that you are frustrated and angry. That is understandable. This situation is very stressful. Relax.
I will give you a sincere and useful suggestion, that hopefully will be valid to others as well. Please refrain from pulling the race card on people talking about immigration. That makes you look emotional, character assassin and worse, that can make people perceive you as a racist yourself. That is the failed tactics used by illegal aliens and uneducated people when confronted with the reality that their attitude and posture is irrational. As far as I can tell, NumbersUSA objects against Irish people who came here illegally. Therefore I do not see any correlation between racial profiling there as you seem to persist. I am not here to defend NumbersUSA or Lou Dobbs. I am just here to remind you that if we continue following the rationale "us vs them" and doing character assassination, we will undeniably face rough opposition and struggle to get what we deserve.

Talk about your scare of getting too many people with substandard MS degrees. Do you not realize that the companies in USA knows a different in good US school and Bad one - So in nutshell the people from bad school wont get job? Do you know that there is nature's rule - Fittest Survival... So in case you are fit enough and qualified enough to get a job then you will get one, it does not matter if you are from good or bad school....
Also, looking at your thoughts, it does not appear that you are MIT or Stanford grade material, so do us all a favor and keep your thoughts to yourself....

You are definitely a MOLE in this IV Organization and the only reason they keep you on board is because this is democracy and we dont want to throw out someone who might disagree - Its about freedom of expression - But when Freedom of expression crosses the line and creates poison pill then we need to weed it out I guess.....

In this case, this classic rule has applied beyond expectations because people who are calling are already racist who sit on their ass and expect all colored people to be their slaves and get things done for them. They want their mexican maid or indian computer programmer doing things for them but the moment they realize that these foreigners might get citizenship and be equal to them, they dont like that.... Did any body received the card or case status changed to Card production ordered apart from GCEB2?
It seems there is progress only for GCEB2 for the gys who got the approval notice in August.

My vote goes for DC on 7/14. Many people like me might have already used their time off recently to get a medical exam and paperwork for I-485. I live in Baltimore area and simply cannot make it to DC on a weekday. If I lose my job I won't get a green card - as simple as that.
If there are others in Baltimore area who would like to join the action please don't hesitate to contact me. We could car pool and get together to make signs. I'll also try to gather some friends, although it might be tough on a short notice - almost everyone is on vacation.
I dont need to tell you how DC looks like on a weekend. None but visitors. Your boss must be really cruel to let you go for ever if you need to take half day off. Just joking :) Go ahead and create a poll with all possible options and then you can figure out what is the best option

I think it is about time for IV to think and make $25/month minimum fee for accessing this site. IV needs money to lobby to sort GC mess out. At the same time we need serious people ready to volunteer and donate. That is the only way out. We do not need people discussing SRK and Vonage on this site. We might reduce website hits by doing this but at least we will have ust have serious members who actually want to volunteer and work for IV.

EAD was about to expire before 90 days, so I took an infopass apt. The person that heard my case (soolemaga) was a d**k. Rude and impossible to communicate with. Anyway, he sent an email to someone at TSC after much cajoling and I get a call the same day from some nice lady from TSC. She says that my application for EAD is approved and I should get my card in 2 weeks. 2 days after I get the call from TSC, I get an email that card production is ordered!
I had initially called USCIS support with an expediate request citing Severe financial loss and I got a letter back that they are very strict processing expediate requests as they get a lot of such requests. So they had asked me to wait.
Hope this information helps someone!

Do not fight we are EB2/EB3/EB1. This is law and instructed by politicians. Divide and rule.
Same thing they did and now and you see the result in IV forum where people fight that create below category
1.Based on educations (US masters/US bachlors/Non US masters/Non US bachleors etc etc)
2. Based on experience - US experioence non us experience
3. EB1/EB/2 EB3
4. L1/H1/b1/b2
5. Family based
6 etc etc
If you count the division you can say based on heights, color, marries and non marries status etc.
So stop fighting based on politicians category and help IV to goahead and fight for all.
I personally feel when you fight you have success for one group and no success for other group. So do not feel that EB2 are getting beenfits. I myself is EB3 and expecting GC by 2026

Yes, case was originally filed at NSC on July 2nd and on august 24th it got transferred to TSC.
Does the transfer matter here, because dingudi's case is not a transfer case and he's still waiting...
not sure how far its true but came across some posts on http://www.immigration.com
stating that transfer cases from NSC-TSC are facing some delays in FP (even after SR) compared to NSC-CSC-NSC cases. heard couple of success stories with SR from NSC-CSC-NSC cases.
I'm also in the same boat, haven't opened SR yet.

I agree with nousername and sledgehammer. It's funny how people justify unethical behavior by saying hey everybody is just trying to improve their own lives. Criminals are trying to improve their own life too and that doesn't excuse crime. The issue here is simple. This lady went for the quick and easy way out, applied for an H1B with some sleazy body shopper without having a project in hand and in the process, no doubt deprived someone better-deserving who actually had a job in hand.
Anyways, if you are not being paid, you are out of status. Best option for you is to apply for a COS to H4 right away so your out-of-status time doesn't come back to haunt you later. Without pay stubs it is doubtful that it will be approved so most probably you might have to go back to your home country and re-enter on an H4 stamp.
or if you are not getting paid you can complain to labor department. Your employer is that body shopper and he should pay you for the period of your h1. He has proved that he has capacity to pay you by filing for LCA and h1b. you having a project was never a condition for you getting paid from your employer. complain to labor department or USCIS if you are not getting paid.

I know man....i called them today and refered to their latest update ....and they bluntly ask to wait for atleast 90 days before they can provide any info...

I guess, this goes mostly on " intent " basis, they probably don't need a law for this. The word "Permanent resident" itself sets forth its meaning - ie. one is intending to permanently reside in a given country. If you apply for more than one, i think they can question the intent and ask us to choose one because one can not " permanently " reside in more than one place.
